We are looking for a Project Quality Manager to join our team and ensure quality remains at the heart of project execution-from tendering and design through manufacturing, delivery, and project closeout.Partner with the bestAs a Project Quality Manager, you will be responsible for owning and coordinating project quality requirements across every stage of the project lifecycle. Acting as the key quality interface between customers, consortium partners, suppliers, project teams, and centers of excellence, you will ensure the effective deployment of quality processes, risk mitigation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives that support successful project execution.As a Project Quality Manager, you will be responsible for: • Reviewing project technical and contractual requirements, performing gap analyses, and supporting quality activities during the tendering and project initiation phases. • Developing, implementing, and maintaining project quality documentation, including Project Quality Plans, audit plans, non-conformance processes, and inspection requirements. • Acting as the primary quality interface between customers, consortium partners, suppliers, project teams, and Centers of Excellence for all project quality matters. • Supporting design verification, third-party certification, inspection, testing, and compliance activities to ensure contractual and regulatory requirements are achieved. • Driving resolution of customer complaints, non-conformances, technical queries, and corrective actions through structured root cause analysis methodologies. • Leading quality reviews, customer and supplier audits, risk assessments, lessons learned initiatives, and continuous improvement activities throughout the project lifecycle. • Monitoring project quality performance, reporting key quality metrics, managing quality-related risks, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication. • Supporting project handover and closeout activities, including mechanical completion, documentation packages, customer acceptance, and transition to operations teams. Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: • Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline. • Have significant experience in Project Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering within the oil & gas, subsea, energy, or industrial sectors. • Have strong knowledge of quality management systems, auditing, non-conformance management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. • Have experience supporting large-scale EPC, subsea, offshore, or complex engineering projects throughout the project lifecycle. • Be familiar with supplier quality management, third-party inspection activities, certification requirements, and customer quality expectations. • Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage quality risks and drive corrective actions. • Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across global teams. • Be willing to travel as required and demonstrate a strong commitment to driving a "Quality is on Me" culture throughout the organization.
