Job description

To provide comprehensive administrative and project support across care transformation and development projects, ensuring effective coordination, governance and monitoring of delivery against agreed plans. Playing a key role in supporting project governance, including coordinating meetings, maintaining action logs, and facilitating communication to ensure accountability and timely delivery of agreed actions. Responsibilities Project & Administrative Support Provide comprehensive administrative support across a range of care projects and strategic initiatives Provide administrative support to change and transformation initiatives, including documentation, communications and engagement activity Track KPIs and support development of project trackers, to inform decision-making Support the coordination and tracking of project deliverables and milestones Assist in collating project updates, outcomes, and reporting information Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to project activity Meeting Coordination & Governance Coordinate and schedule project meetings, including arranging attendance and managing logistics Prepare and distribute agendas and supporting papers in advance of meetings Attend meetings to take accurate minutes and record key decisions Maintain and update action logs, ensuring clear ownership and accountability for actions Proactively follow up on outstanding actions, chasing updates from relevant stakeholders Communication & Collaboration Act as a key point of contact for project-related queries, responding or directing as appropriate Support effective communication across project teams and stakeholders Work closely with the Head of Care Transition & Development and wider care teams Data, Systems & Reporting Support the collection and collation of information to inform project reporting and decision-making Job description Job responsibilities To provide comprehensive administrative and project support across care transformation and development projects, ensuring effective coordination, governance and monitoring of delivery against agreed plans.
