Property Administrator (Temporary) Location: Cardiff Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Contract Type: Temporary About the Role We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Property Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary basis in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to gain experience within the property sector. Key Responsibilities • Providing general administrative support to the property/lettings team • Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries in a professional manner • Maintaining and updating property records and databases • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors as required • Preparing tenancy agreements, letters, and other property-related documentation • Scheduling property viewings, inspections, and maintenance appointments • Filing, photocopying, and general office duties • Handling incoming post and correspondence • Supporting the wider team with adhoc administrative tasks as needed Skills and Experience Required • Previous administration experience is essential; experience within the property sector is desirable but not required • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to work independently and manage own workload • A professional and friendly telephone manner • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full duration of the assignment Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
