Property and Finance Litigation Solicitor Location: Manchester / Hybrid Work Type: Hybrid, Permanent Experience: NQ to 5-year PQE although will consider higher Start Date: ASAP Salary: Dependent on experience My client, a well-respected law firm, are seeking to recruit a diligent, confident, self-motivated, Solicitor to join their rapidly growing Finance Litigation Department. The successful candidate will demonstrate technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and a breadth of litigation experience. Client care is a priority of the firm, and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate when they have gone over and above to provide exception quality service to the client. They will be keen to progress and grow within the department. Career development opportunities are available to the right candidate. My client is able to offer high calibre work with excellent progression opportunities. Essential skills • Commercial Awareness • Extensive, general litigation experience. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. • Able to work to strict deadlines and in a pressurised environment. • Proven experience of running own case load, including preparing pleadings, witness statements, briefs to Counsel etc. • Proven experience of maintaining client relationships Essential Experience · General litigation · Running own case load · Developing and maintaining relationships with repeat clients and experience of meeting demanding needs of those clients. Preferred Experience • Receivership/Insolvency work • Mortgage Possession Claims • Experience in acting for Finance company clients • High Court work
