| Property Inspector | Upto £30K Basic, £32K OTE | Monday to Friday | Experienced in residential lettings or property management and enjoy being out on the road? We're recruiting for a Property Inspector to join a highly respected and successful estate agency in Upminster. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a varied, field-based role where no two days are the same, while benefiting from excellent training, career progression, and a supportive team environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring rental properties are maintained to a high standard, carrying out inspections, liaising with landlords and tenants, and supporting the wider Property Management team. The Role As a Property Inspector, you will: • Carry out mid-term, check-in, and check-out property inspections • Produce detailed written and photographic reports using bespoke software on an iPad • Update landlords on property condition and inspection findings • Identify maintenance issues and liaise with Property Managers to ensure repairs are completed • Support tenants with property-related queries and provide professional advice where required • Assist with deposit negotiations between landlords and tenants • Prepare documentation for deposit disputes and adjudication when necessary • Maintain accurate property records and ensure reports are completed within agreed timescales • Support the wider Property Management team with day-to-day operations Property Inspector Requirements • Previous experience within residential lettings or property management • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Proactive with the ability to manage a busy schedule independently • Confident dealing with landlords and tenants face-to-face • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, tablets, and CRM systems • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle What's on Offer? • Basic salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience) • Realistic OTE of £32,000 • Monday to Friday working hours • Ongoing training and professional development • Industry qualifications fully funded • Additional holiday entitlement with length of service • Long-term career progression opportunities • Staff rewards and incentive schemes • Supportive and well-established team environment Apply Today!
