Key Responsibilities • Carrying out residential market appraisals and providing accurate property valuations. • Winning new instructions through exceptional customer service and consultative selling. • Advising homeowners on pricing strategies and current market conditions. • Building long-term relationships with vendors to maximise repeat business and referrals. • Generating new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and canvassing activities. • Working closely with colleagues to ensure properties are marketed effectively and buyers are matched quickly. • Keeping vendors regularly updated throughout the sales process. • Supporting branch performance by consistently achieving individual and team targets. • Representing the business professionally within the local community. Skills & Experience Required • Previous experience within residential estate agency. • Proven property valuation and listing experience. • A successful track record of converting valuations into instructions. • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated with a positive, target-driven approach. • Commercial awareness and a genuine passion for the property industry. • Full UK Driving Licence.
