Property Lister (WFH)

This role would be ideal for someone from a property background or another person-centric industry. Key Duties • List and sell residential and land assets through both traditional and modern auction methods. • Develop and maintain relationships with estate agents, solicitors, commercial agents, traders, and other key introducers. • Conduct property appraisals and valuations while identifying new business opportunities. • Promote the brand through networking, marketing initiatives, video property tours, and excellent customer service. Person Specification • Previous experience within the property sector or a people-focused industry such as recruitment, sales, or hospitality. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal. • Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of generating business independently. • Full UK driving licence with a willingness to travel throughout the local area.
