Job description

A leading law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Paralegal to join its growing Property Litigation team in the South East. This Property Litigation Paralegal role offers exposure to a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes, supporting fee earners on contentious matters from instruction through to resolution. The Property Litigation Paralegal will gain hands-on experience across landlord and tenant disputes, lease issues and wider real estate litigation. This Property Litigation Paralegal opportunity suits someone with litigation or property law experience looking to develop within a specialist disputes team. The Company?The successful Property Litigation Paralegal will join a respected property litigation team acting for developers, landlords, tenants, investors, management companies, local authorities and private clients. The team is structured, collaborative and provides strong supervision alongside exposure to complex contentious property work. The RoleAs the Property Litigation Paralegal you will support solicitors and senior fee earners across a varied caseload of property disputes. The role will include: * Supporting property litigation matters across residential and commercial disputes * Assisting with landlord and tenant issues including rent arrears, lease renewals and dilapidations * Preparing court bundles and case documentation * Drafting legal documents, correspondence and witness statements * Conducting legal research and fact-finding exercises * Managing correspondence with clients, counsel, courts and third parties The Property Litigation Paralegal?You will have previous experience in property litigation, litigation or property law and a strong interest in contentious property matters.
