Property Litigation Solicitor, 2-5 Years PQE, Birmingham, £50,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established, forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services. JOB REF:4463. THE ROLE: • You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include Landlord and Tenant matters, boundary and general property disputes, TOLATA claims and professional Negligence claims • Supporting the Commercial Litigation team where required with general dispute resolution work • You will also supervise more junior members of the team.
