This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor seeking a varied and interesting caseload, quality supervision, and long-term progression within an established and ambitious firm. You will work on a broad range of contentious property matters acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors and private individuals. The Role The caseload will include: • Commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes • Possession proceedings • Boundary and neighbour disputes • Easements and rights of way • Dilapidations claims • Leasehold disputes and forfeiture matters • Property-related contractual disputes Requirements • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Property Litigation matters • Ability to manage a caseload with an appropriate level of supervision • Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills • Commercially aware with strong client-facing abilities • Ambitious and motivated to develop within a Legal 500 environment This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded litigation team offering quality work, strong mentoring and a genuinely supportive culture. #INDCATS
