Job description

Property Maintenance Coordinator Northumberland Brierley J is currently retained to recruit for a proactive Property Maintenance Coordinator on behalf of a client who has a diverse and unique estate portfolio. Over the years, the estate has evolved from a traditional rural estate into a diverse property, land and business enterprise, with a strong commitment to its local community, conservation and long-term sustainability. This opportunity plays a key role in maintaining and improving a wide range of properties, including historic buildings, commercial premises, industrial units, agricultural buildings and estate infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Northumberland's leading landed estates in a varied role that combines project coordination, contractor management and property compliance.
