Job description
A well-established property organisation is seeking a Residential Property Manager (Leasehold) to join its team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager looking to step up into a broader portfolio management role, on the client-side.
The Role
You will manage a portfolio of approximately 25 residential schemes, primarily low-rise leasehold blocks alongside a number of freehold houses. The portfolio is considered straightforward and well-maintained. Working as part of a small property team, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the portfolio and provide a high level of service to residents and leaseholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Day-to-day management of residential blocks and freehold properties
• Managing resident and leaseholder queries
• Organising repairs, maintenance, and contractor works
• Carrying out regular site inspections
• Assisting with service charge budgets and expenditure
• Ensuring health & safety and compliance standards are maintained
• Supporting major works and Section 20 processes where required
About You
• Experience within residential block/property management
• Understanding of leasehold management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Professional and customer-focused approach

You will report into senior management and work alongside an established team within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Package
• £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience
• 2-year fixed-term contract
• Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days home
• Full-time position
