Key Responsibilities: • Managing a portfolio of Rent to Buy properties from move-in through to tenancy completion. • Acting as the first point of contact for residents, delivering an outstanding customer experience. • Overseeing lettings, tenancy sustainment, housing management and void turnaround activities. • Managing rent accounts and supporting effective arrears recovery. • Handling anti-social behaviour cases and tenancy-related issues. • Coordinating reactive repairs and maintenance works to ensure homes are maintained to a high standard. • Monitoring risks within your portfolio, including property compliance and scheme performance. • Working collaboratively with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders. Your Experience: • Experience in property management, housing management, lettings or tenancy services. • Strong knowledge of Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) legislation. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Experience managing competing priorities and delivering against targets. • Strong administrative and organisational abilities. • Competency using Microsoft Office applications. • A full clean UK driving licence.
