Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous property management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors • Coordinating maintenance works and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently • Ensuring all properties remain legally compliant with current legislation • Managing tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs • Maintaining accurate tenancy records and updating internal property management systems • Processing and organising contractor invoices • Prioritising a varied workload while meeting deadlines • Providing a professional and proactive service to clients and customers • Handling property-related queries and resolving issues effectively What We're Looking For: • Previous experience in residential property management • Excellent organisational and administrative skills • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities • A flexible, positive, and solutions-focused approach • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
