This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive property professional who enjoys building relationships, conducting site visits, and delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. The Role As a Property Manager, you will: • Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties • Conducting property inspections • Overseeing check-ins and check-outs • Managing inventories • Handling maintenance issues and contractor coordination • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants • Ensuring compliance with current property legislation • Keeping accurate records using CRM systems such as Alto (or similar) Property Manager Requirements • Proven experience in property management within the lettings industry (essential) • ARLA qualified or possess a strong working knowledge of current lettings legislation • Professional, personable and confident communicator • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Comfortable conducting regular on-site inspections • Good local knowledge and ideally located close to the office • A team player who will fit well within a small, close-knit team • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential) What's on Offer? • Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) • Opportunity to earn commission following successful completion of probation • 5 Day working week • Mileage allowance of 45p per mile • Supportive and collaborative team environment • Opportunity to take ownership of your own portfolio • Stable and rewarding long-term career opportunity Apply Today!
