Pear Recruitment: Property Manager Location: Finchley Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (Depending on experience) Hours: Monday – Friday 8.50am – 6pm. Working 1 Saturday per month if necessary and have a day off in Lieu Full UK Licence and own car required 1 plus years’ experience Our client is a highly respected, multi-award-winning estate agency with a well-established presence across North and Northwest London. As their managed property portfolio continues to expand, they are seeking an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Property Manager to join their experienced and dynamic team. About the Role As a Property Manager, you will take responsibility for the effective day-to-day management of a residential letting’s portfolio. This is a fast-paced and varied position that requires excellent organisational abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are well maintained, fully compliant with current regulations, and managed to the highest standards. The role also offers opportunities to identify and promote additional services, enhancing the client experience while contributing to business growth. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the full property management lifecycle, from move-in to move-out • Manage a portfolio of 175 Properties • Coordinate maintenance works, repairs, and contractor appointments • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties meet required standards • Manage tenant and landlord enquiries with professionalism and efficiency • Administer key compliance documentation including EICRs, Gas Safety Certificates, EPCs, and tenancy agreements • Maintain accurate records using property management software • Manage rent collection and respond to client account queries • Handle insurance claims and deposit dispute documentation • Issue statutory notices and support the renewals team when required • Ensure full compliance with current legislation and company procedures • Assist with marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to upsell landlord services Skills • Previous experience in property management or residential lettings • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail • Confident communicator with outstanding customer service skills • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships • Experience using property management software (desirable) • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify upselling opportunities • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Full UK driving licence (access to a car preferred) Package • Competitive salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum • Commission and performance-based bonuses • Ongoing training and career development, including the opportunity to become ARLA qualified • Supportive team culture with regular company events and socials • Join a respected, award-winning agency with an excellent reputation in the London property market If you are interested in this Property Manager role and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis for an informal discussion. *Recommend a friend* - Do you know someone looking for a position?
