Property Manager AST Residential Locations: Hatfield Hours: Monday – Friday 9-5.30pm Salary £35,000 to £45,000 Property Manager Are you an experienced Property Manager and looking to take the next big step in your property career? We are currently looking for ambitious, organised and customer-focused Property Management in Hertfordshire, who can confidently manage residential portfolios, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike. Day-to-day Responsibilities - Property Manager • Managing a rental property portfolio of circa 200 properties • Arranging works/ maintenance within the property portfolio • Carrying out inspections and producing quarterly reports • Pre-tenancy inspections • Responding and managing any complaints from landlords and tenants • Booking and chasing gas safety checks • Administering DPS claims • Providing support to landlords and tenants • Liaising with landlords, tenants and third-party contractors and professional advisors • Managing tenancy deposit returns • Managing keys and processing invoices Experience with Property Management: • 5+ years previous property management experience • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Full Drivers license preferred manual Jackson Sims Recruitment, specialists in Real Estate, covering Block & Estate Management, Property Management (AST), Build to Rent (BTR), Facilities Management, Concierge, PBSA and Financial & Accounting Services, operating in London and throughout the UK.
