Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties. The Role As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, ensuring landlords and tenants receive exceptional service throughout the tenancy lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties • Handling maintenance issues from instruction through to resolution • Conducting property inspections and preparing reports • Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors • Managing tenancy renewals and negotiations • Ensuring compliance with all current lettings legislation • Overseeing contractor works and obtaining quotations • Resolving tenancy-related issues and disputes • Monitoring compliance documentation including EPCs, Gas Safety and EICRs • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times Requirements • Previous Property Management experience is essential • ARLA qualified (or equivalent) is essential • Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively • Professional and customer-focused approach • Full UK Driving Licence required What's on Offer? • £40,000 Basic Salary • Established portfolio of circa 150 properties • Award-winning independent agency • Excellent team culture and management support • Long-term career progression opportunities • Reputable and well-established North London brand • Stable and growing business If you're an experienced Property Manager looking to join a market-leading agency where your expertise will be valued and rewarded, we'd love to hear from you.
