Property Manager Manchester up to £30,000 We're working with one of Manchester's most impressive and fast-growing property agencies. With a modern city-centre office and a reputation for doing things the right way, they're now looking for a motivated Property Manager to join their expanding team. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of your own portfolio of around 150 high-quality apartments, mostly across Manchester, with some remote oversight of units in other major UK cities. The Role • Manage a well-maintained residential portfolio, ensuring tenants and landlords receive a smooth, professional service • Be a key point of contact for residents, handling queries and keeping communication clear and timely • Support tenants through move-ins and move-outs, helping to create a positive experience at every stage • Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs, working with trusted contractors and developer aftercare teams • Ensure properties meet current safety and compliance standards • Handle tenancy deposits and end-of-tenancy processes with accuracy and fairness • Work closely with internal teams to keep everything running efficiently and maintain excellent service levels You Will Have • At least 2 years' experience in residential property management • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment • Great communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service • Confidence working with Microsoft Office and property management systems • A good understanding of tenancy regulations and processes • A proactive, positive approach and the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, landlords and colleagues • An interest in working towards the Propertymark ARLA Level 3 qualification What You'll Get in Return • Access to a generous employee benefits platform (including 24/7 private GP, gym discounts, cashback rewards and more) • Company mobile phone and laptop • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays • Private health insurance • Company pension • An extra day off during your birthday month (after one year of service) • Option to work from home once per quarter • Flexible working hours (8-4, 8:30-4:30, or 9-5) Some of the above benefits unlock after successful completion of your probationary period.
