The Role
No two days are the same in this fast-paced and varied position.
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Coordinating maintenance and repair works with trusted contractors
• Arranging and carrying out property inspections
• Conducting check-ins, check-outs and inventories
• Managing tenancy renewals and move-ins/move-outs
• Handling tenant and landlord queries professionally and efficiently
• Ensuring all properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety requirements
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider lettings team where required
What We're Looking For
• Previous property management experience (minimum 12 months preferred)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple tasks
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience with HMOs would be beneficial but is not essential
