The Role As a Property Manager, you will: • Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and suppliers to resolve maintenance and tenancy issues • Instruct and coordinate contractors, scheduling works and appointments • Follow up on outstanding repairs and ongoing queries • Conduct property inspections, inventories, and routine assessments • Maintain accurate records and ensure all property information is up to date • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants Property Manager Requirements: • Minimum 1 year’s experience in Property Management • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure • Confident communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient with IT systems and property management software • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle • Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's on Offer? • Up to £30,000 basic salary • OTE up to £35,000 with bonus and commission structure • Monday–Friday working with minimal weekend requirement • Career progression opportunities within the business • Parking provided • Your birthday day off • Enhanced holiday allowance, including 20+ bank holidays • Supportive and professional working environment Apply Today!
