Job description

I'm currently working with a highly respected independent estate agency to recruit an experienced Property Manager for their busy Streatham office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with three successful offices, an outstanding reputation in the local market, and a genuine focus on delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and in line with current legislation. Key Responsibilities • Managing a residential property portfolio from move-in through to tenancy end. • Coordinating maintenance and repairs with landlords, tenants, and contractors. • Carrying out regular property inspections. • Managing tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs. • Handling maintenance issues and seeing them through to resolution. • Ensuring all properties remain compliant with current lettings legislation. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. • Keeping property records and internal systems up to date. The Ideal Candidate • Previous experience in residential property management. • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • A proactive, solutions-focused approach. • Good IT skills. • A full UK driving licence is essential. Please note that while a driving licence is required, a company vehicle is provided for all work-related travel.
