Property Negotiator

We're hiring a Property Asset Manager to join our team in Manchester. What we expect: • Strong negotiation skills • Ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals • Confidence managing expectations (especially around pricing) • Ability to multitask and stay sharp under pressure Your role will be to manage a portfolio of properties and get them sold. You'll be responsible for positioning each property at the right price point to generate the maximum number of buyer enquiries. You'll work directly with the sales team while staying in constant communication with clients who have their properties listed with us. Your job is to guide, advise, and push clients into the strongest possible position to sell. This isn't a passive role. You're actively influencing pricing, demand, and deal flow on a daily basis.
