Working hours: Full time - 36 hours per week. Shifts between 7.30am – 5.00pm Schedule type: Office based for the first 3-6months. We’re proud of our inclusive, supportive culture and our commitment to professional development. What you’ll be doing In this role, you will play a crucial part in a busy, customer focused team. You will: • Allocate and schedule repairs, voids, cyclical and contractor works to maximise operative productivity, minimise downtime and ensure diaries are full, with contingency work available for cancellations. • Ensure repairs and voids appointments are booked, kept, and completed within priority timescales, meeting KPI’s for turnaround, first-time fix, and customer satisfaction. • Monitor progress of all works, ensuring follow-on jobs are booked promptly, and projects are completed to time, cost and quality standards. • Liaise effectively with customers, customer services, and operatives to provide clear, timely communication, resolve queries and complaints quickly to improve satisfaction and reduce escalations. • Accurately record job details, materials, certificates, and contractor information in Raven’s housing management and scheduling systems. What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone with: • Previous customer service and administrator experience. • Experience of taking responsibility for team delivery, KPI’s, contract administration and legal compliance records. • Skilled at detailed record keeping and data management. • Comfortable using the telephone – this position involves making lots of outbound calls to customers. • Preferably experience of successfully using resource scheduling systems (e.g. Opti-time/DRS) Why join Raven?
