REED are actively recruiting a TEMP (Possibility to go perm) Property Transfer Administrator for our Bournemouth based Client (Parking Available) to start asap. Please see details below Job Opportunity: Property Transfer Administrator Location: Bournemouth Centre (Parking available) Salary: £14.00 per hour (Circa £17.00 per hour umbrella) Hours: • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM • Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP Assignment Length: ongoing (high potential for temp to perm) Perks: Free parking, central location, structured training, social team events, Friendly environment and great office set up Role Overview You’ll be handling administrative duties related to property transfers for luxury retirement properties. This is a fast-paced role requiring attention to detail and strong literacy/numeracy skills. Manage legal documentation and customer records with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain high standards of customer care and operational excellence. Facilitate property resales and transfers, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish. Administer customer information updates, apartment alterations, and communal change requests. Support families with sensitivity and professionalism. Handle applications for resident associations, subletting notifications, and pet permission requests. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Collaborate with internal departments, solicitors, and external stakeholders to provide a seamless service.
