This should provide an accurate, concise statement which explains why the post exists The post holder(s) will be part of Gateshead Talking Therapies. They will work with adults who have a range of common mental health problems in primary care providing high volume low intensity interventions. They will use traditional and innovative treatment methods. The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities. To meet targets set nationally and locally for access, recovery and waiting times To demonstrate the value of the service through positively promoting the role and the collection and collation of data in line with reporting requirements The post holder will ensure they uphold our Trust vision, values and behavioural compact.
