Your new company A retail business in Bath are seeking a temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant for 6-7 months. ASAP start. Your new role • Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently • Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes • Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies • Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs • Liaising with suppliers to resolve invoice and payment queries • Creating and maintaining supplier accounts on the finance system • Assisting with process improvements across the accounts payable function What you'll need to succeed • Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable or Finance Assistant role • Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Strong communication skills and a professional approach to supplier relationships • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
