Purchase To Pay Delivery Officer (FTC to March 2027) Location: Hybrid Contract: Fixed-Term We're supporting a large organisation undergoing a major finance transformation and are looking for a P2P Delivery Officer to play a key role in delivering an end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) solution as part of a wider enterprise systems programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the rollout of a modern, streamlined P2P function, working across Purchasing, Finance, and wider business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Support the delivery of a P2P implementation across the full project lifecycle • Work closely with business leads to manage progress, risks, and dependencies • Lead specific workstreams within the P2P work package • Engage and influence stakeholders across multiple teams and seniority levels • Help define, redesign, and embed best practice P2P processes • Support training, adoption, and transition into business-as-usual Key Requirements • Proven experience supporting or delivering P2P implementations (ideally SAP) • Strong understanding of P2P processes and best practice • Experience working on business change or transformation programmes • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently Desirable • Experience in large, complex or regulated environments • Knowledge of SAP P2P or equivalent systems • Exposure to areas such as e-invoicing, workflows, catalogue purchasing, or purchasing cards
