The Opportunity As a GOC Registered Dispensing Optician, you'll deliver a truly bespoke consultation, taking time to understand every patient's lifestyle, personality and visual needs. Working with an exceptional portfolio of luxury eyewear brands, including Cartier, Tom Ford, Blackfin and Nikon lenses, you'll help create an experience unlike anything found on the traditional high street. The consultation includes: • AI-powered lifestyle questionnaires • In-depth lifestyle consultations • Personal colour analysis • Premium frame styling • Bespoke lens recommendations • Seamless referrals into audiology where appropriate This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding patients' individual needs and delivering an exceptional level of personalised care. Key Responsibilities • Deliver an outstanding end-to-end patient journey. • Provide expert dispensing advice tailored to each individual. • Recommend premium frame and lens solutions. • Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service. • Work collaboratively with the optical and audiology teams. • Confidently identify opportunities to refer patients to the audiology service where appropriate. • Consistently exceed patient expectations and deliver a truly memorable experience. About You We're looking for someone who is: • A GOC Registered Dispensing Optician. • Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. • Commercially aware with a consultative approach to dispensing. • Confident recommending premium eyewear solutions. • An excellent communicator who naturally builds rapport. • Skilled at asking insightful questions to uncover patient needs. • Passionate about styling, fashion and luxury eyewear. • Looking to be part of a business that genuinely does things differently.
