Job description

• Manage an allocated clinical caseload in collaboration with the senior PWP. • Conduct mental health assessments, psychological assessments and safety (risk) assessments. Formulate and implement safety management plans following Making Space Psychological Wellbeing Services Risk Assessment & Risk Management policies and procedures. • Deliver a range of evidence based one-to-one interventions, with the knowledge that the service is predominantly commissioned for a higher proportion of cCBT delivery compared to 1:1 GSH sessions. Silvercloud is the current system for cCBT delivery, and you would be offering weekly telephone reviews to support individuals with the programme. • Share responsibility and accountability for delivering local contractual obligations and targets both clinical and managerial. • Attend meetings within the community as needed. • Regularly promote the service to various external agencies, particularly GPs, and establish good working relationships to generate referrals.
