Qualified Social Worker, Safeguarding Team, Tameside Council Pay rate to £40 per hour Contract role Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Safeguarding Team in Tameside Council. To offer support during visits and meetings to our children and families to support with planning. · To hold a caseload of more complex children. · Lead and support your team alongside your manager to drive the improvement plan within your team. · Support your colleagues by offering reflective supervision and group supervision to highlight good practice and learning opportunities. · To support and contribute to improving our data set. · To offer support to your team when your team manager is unavailable and to offer specified support where this has been identified. · To model good practice and to offer teaching/learning and support opportunities to newer members of staff.
