Quality Assurance Engineer 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Based in Ampthill Offering up to £55,000 Do oyu have experience generating control plans from drawings for part/assemblies? As the Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. You will be involved in: • Generating control plans from drawings for parts/assemblies • Managing non-conformance process from containment through quarantine to effective RCCA • Participating in design reviews and drawing reviews Your skillset may include: • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, non-conformance management, and root cause analysis techniques • Experience working within an AS9100-regulated manufacturing environment • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing documentation • Experience with Control Plans, RCCA, and quality problem-solving methodologies • Experience within Aerospace or Defence manufacturing • Knowledge of AS9102 First Article Inspection requirements • SAP experience or familiarity with similar ERP systems • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools • Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality-related qualification (HNC/HND, Degree, or equivalent) If this all sounds like something you will be interested in then simply apply and we can discuss the opportunity further!
