Quality Coordinator Location: Wolverhampton Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Quality Coordinator to join a well-established and growing organisation in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in maintaining and improving quality systems, with a particular focus on supporting ISO audits and compliance. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure processes meet required standards while promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the business. Key Responsibilities • Support the maintenance and development of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) • Assist in preparing for and coordinating ISO audits (e.g., ISO 9001 and other relevant standards) • Ensure all documentation, procedures, and records are compliant and up to date • Conduct internal audits and support corrective and preventive actions • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audit processes • Investigate non-conformances and implement improvements • Monitor quality performance and produce reports on KPIs • Support continuous improvement initiatives across departments • Work collaboratively with production, operations, and customer service teams About You • Previous experience in a Quality, Compliance, or QA Coordinator role • Exposure to ISO standards and audit processes (ideally ISO 9001) • Strong understanding of quality systems and documentation control • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills • Confident communicator, able to work with stakeholders at all levels • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
