Quality & Integrated Management Systems Manager

About the Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and continually improving our Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. You will lead our Quality Control Laboratory, managing a team of two QC Technicians, while working closely with Production, Technical and Commercial teams to ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance and product consistency. Key Responsibilities • Lead and maintain the Integrated Management System. • Manage the Quality Control Laboratory and two QC Technicians. • Coordinate internal, external and customer audits. • Manage customer complaints, non-conformances and corrective actions. • Maintain quality documentation, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures. • Support environmental and occupational health and safety management systems. • Monitor quality performance and drive high standards across the business. What We’re Looking For • Experience managing an Integrated Management System within a manufacturing environment. • Good working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. • Experience leading internal and external audits. • Experience managing a small team. • A practical, organised and hands-on approach. • Someone who enjoys improving systems, raising standards and embracing innovation.
