Consortium Professional Recruitment are pleased to be working with our client to recruit a Quality Systems Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced quality professional to play a key role within a regulated manufacturing environment, ensuring Quality Management Systems remain compliant, effective and continuously evolving. As a Quality Systems Specialist, you will work collaboratively across the business to maintain and enhance quality processes, support compliance and strengthen operational performance. This role offers the opportunity to influence quality standards, support audit readiness and drive improvements that ultimately contribute to the delivery of safe, high quality products used around the world. The Opportunity: As a Quality Systems Specialist you'll play a key role in: • Owning and supporting core Quality Management System processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards and global regulatory requirements. • Maintaining audit readiness by supporting internal and external audits and ensuring quality documentation remains accurate, effective and up to date. • Interpreting evolving regulatory requirements and implementing practical improvements across Quality Management System processes. • Analysing quality data, identifying trends and leading root cause investigations to drive meaningful corrective and preventive actions. • Collaborating with cross functional teams to promote continuous improvement, strengthen compliance and embed quality best practice throughout the organisation. Your work will directly contribute to regulatory compliance, operational excellence and the delivery of safe, high quality products that make a positive difference to people's lives. About You: We're looking for someone who can bring: • Experience within Quality Assurance in the medical, pharmaceutical or another highly regulated manufacturing environment. • Experience supporting or managing key QMS processes including CAPA, document control, change control, training, non-conformance management or audit activities. • Strong analytical skills with experience using root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies to deliver sustainable improvements. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across quality, manufacturing and technical teams. • A proactive, organised and collaborative approach with a genuine passion for quality and continuous improvement.
