Fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with a Groundworks / Civils background to join a growing main contractor working on exciting project offering progression to Commercial Manager. Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience delivering civils and groundworks projects? Do you want to take ownership of a Commercial department? This established contractor specialises in commercial construction, with a strong reputation for delivering civils and groundworks projects across the retail sector. With continued growth into EV charging, modular construction, and store extensions, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in their expanding commercial team. In this role, you will take commercial responsibility for projects from procurement through to final accounts, managing subcontractors, cost reporting, valuations, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with a Groundworks, Civils, or Main Contracting background. You will have strong commercial awareness, experience managing subcontractors, and a full UK driving licence.
