Quantity Surveyor, Milton Keynes A specialist construction consultancy in Milton Keynes is recruiting for both an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor and a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The business provides commercial support to main contractors across sectors, including defence and secure estate projects. Typical work includes refurbishment, fit-out, exterior works and security upgrade packages within prisons, MOD sites, MOJ buildings and other controlled-access government facilities. The team operates on the contractor side and has around 30 Quantity Surveyors working from modern open-plan offices. The role is office-based in Milton Keynes with regular site visits. Responsibilities include cost management, valuations, variations, reporting, procurement support and general commercial duties across live schemes. High-level security clearance is required and will be arranged upon joining.
