Quantity Surveyor

A well-established and growing regional contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. Operating across North Wales, the business delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across the Public & Private sectors, working alongside local authorities, housing providers and public sector organisations. With a strong reputation for quality, collaboration and long-term client relationships, the company is experiencing continued growth and offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the successful delivery of projects across the region. We're keen to speak with commercially minded Quantity Surveyors who can demonstrate a track record of delivering successful outcomes on construction projects. You will have: • Experience managing the commercial aspects of construction projects independently • A solid understanding of cost control, procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts • Working knowledge of both NEC and JCT forms of contract • The ability to build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams • Strong commercial awareness coupled with a proactive and solutions-focused approach • Excellent planning, organisation and reporting skills • A relevant Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent industry experience • A full UK driving licence If you're an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a respected contractor with a strong pipeline of work across North Wales, we'd like to hear from you What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
