Key Responsibilities: • Manage real estate finance transactions from instruction through to completion • Maintain direct and proactive client communication • Collaborate with colleagues across real estate, banking and finance teams on complex matters • Review due diligence, searches, title documentation and lender requirements • Provide supervision and support to junior team members • Assist with integrating the firm’s AI-driven tools to enhance quality and efficiency • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Contribute to merger projects, development schemes and wider strategic initiatives You will work closely with experienced lawyers across several departments and support a loyal client base including: • Registered providers • Institutional lenders • Local authorities • Property investors What We’re Looking For • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) • Experience in real estate, property finance, or related transactional work • Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach Ready to Explore Your Next Move?
