Our client is looking to appoint a Real Estate Partner to join their highly successful team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Legal 500 rated team and work as part of a highly regarded national Property practice who deal with development and investment work. Client Details Our client is a international law firm with a strong network of offices across the UK. The Leeds office is a full service team who have delivered impressive growth in recent years. The Real Estate team is ranked by the legal directories and the firm is looking for an additional Partner to join as a fixed share member or full equity. Description The Real Estate Partner will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including; • Overseeing high-value real estate transactions from inception to completion. • Working with the existing team on a range of matters including investment and development work. • Supporting the Leeds Partners with continued growth of the office. • Developing your own client base • Mentoring junior lawyers in the team • Working as part of a national Real Estate practice • Taking a key role in business development Profile The successful Real Estate Partner should have / be; • Proven expertise in handling complex real estate transactions. • A portable book of business • Demonstrated ability to mentor a team effectively. • Ties to the Yorkshire market • Already be operating at Partner level. • An interest to work for an international law firm Job Offer • Salary range of £160,000 to £240,000 • Partner benefits, including a car allowance at Equity level. • Opportunity to join a international law firm
