The RoleYou'll manage your own files while receiving ongoing support and mentoring from a highly experienced senior solicitor. The work is varied, interesting and commercially focused, including: • Commercial property acquisitions and disposals • Commercial development transactions • Land acquisitions and site assembly • Development projects • Landlord and tenant matters • Commercial leases • Property finance transactions • Portfolio management • General commercial real estate work for a broad client base From day one, you'll inherit an active caseload and have genuine responsibility, allowing you to continue developing your technical expertise while building strong client relationships.
