Job DescriptionAs a Receptionist/Administrator, you will support the smooth running of the practice by providing an efficient, professional, and patient-focused service. Key responsibilities include: 1.Welcoming and assisting patients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. 2.Managing appointments, telephone calls, emails, and patient queries efficiently and accurately. 3.Supporting the practice team with a range of administrative duties, including data entry, scanning, filing, processing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. 4.Processing patient registrations, prescription requests, and other administrative tasks in line with practice procedures. 5.Ensuring patient confidentiality is maintained and sensitive information is handled securely in accordance with data protection requirements. 6.Working collaboratively with clinicians and the wider practice team to support high-quality patient care.
