Join Our Team as a Receptionist at Kew, Richmond Clinic!
We are looking for a friendly and proactive receptionist to join our team in our Kew, Richmond clinic.
Your Role:
• Be the first point of contact, greeting patients with a friendly smile and addressing their inquiries effectively.
• Manage appointment scheduling using our diary software, handle payments, and ensure treatment rooms are always stocked and patient-ready.
• Respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of communication.
• Oversee the reception area, provide refreshments for visitors, and keep communal spaces tidy and inviting.
• Support the team with general office administration tasks, including filing, updating records, and completing spreadsheets.
What We’re Looking For:
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive, confident, and self-motivated approach to work.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Full flexibility required, available to work 15-30 hours per week, including Saturdays.
