Do you have customer service and administration experience?Primary care 24 (PC24) are looking Receptionists to join our bank workforce, who will provide the first point for patients attending PC24 services for appointments in the Royal Liverpool University Hospital.Our receptionists handle enquiries from patients efficiently, whilst representing the service in a professional manner. Salary: £13.04 per hourDepartment:: Community Clinical Assessment ServiceLocation: Royal Liverpool University HospitalContract:: BankShifts: Monday - Sunday 10:00 - 17:00 What will I be doing? • Greet patients and visitors attending appointments to the service, representing Primary Care 24 within the hospital. • Input confidential patient data and book appointments, using clinical systems. • Ensure patient confidentiality is met at all times. • Ensure patients are managed in line with requiredtimeframes, keeping patients updated. • Ensure the site is prepared and presentable for service delivery at all times • Confident with Policies and Procedures related to the role. • Ensure all relevant information is communicated to incoming staff through a robust handover. • Undertake administration tasks as requested. • To maintain Infection Prevention Control standards • Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders • Report to the relevant operationalteamany clinical or operational issues What do I need? • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Organised and adaptable approach to the service delivery • Good IT skills including all Microsoft package • Experience of Adastra would be beneficial • Experience of co-working and liaising with clinicians • Experience of following and working to policies and procedures either in a healthcare setting, or be able to adapt to a healthcare setting Whats on offer? • £13.04 per hour • Bank agreement, where you can bid for the shifts available that suit you. • NHS Pension Scheme • Eligible to apply for the blue light card About us Primary Care 24 (PC24) is a not-for-profit social enterprise established in 2004, predominately delivering NHS contracts.
