The Opportunity Join Staffline as a Recruitment Account Coordinator, where you’ll take ownership of a key client account within a dynamic warehousing operation in Doncaster. This isn’t just about filling roles—it’s about building strong partnerships, influencing hiring outcomes, and creating an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates. You’ll be at the heart of the operation, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time—while constantly looking for ways to improve performance and delivery. What You’ll Be Doing • Acting as the go-to partner for your client, ensuring staffing needs are met quickly and effectively • Attracting, assessing, and onboarding talent to meet fast-moving demand • Building strong relationships with your workforce, supporting engagement and retention • Identifying challenges on-site and proactively finding solutions • Managing workforce performance, attendance, and workforce planning • Ensuring compliance while keeping operations running smoothly • Delivering a seamless experience that keeps both clients and candidates coming back What You’ll Gain At Staffline, we invest heavily in your growth.
