Job description

Support the Trusts recruitment and selection processes, ensuring compliance with employment law, Trust policies, and best practice.Advise managers on vacancy approval and recruitment procedures using Trac.Arrange interviews, coordinate interview panels, and support recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process.Conduct ID, right-to-work, and visa checks for new employees.Respond to recruitment enquiries via telephone, email, shared inboxes, and Trac.Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to managers, staff, and candidates.Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems, including Trac and ESR.Support onboarding, induction, payroll, and workforce administration processes.Liaise with HR colleagues, payroll, rostering teams, and managers to ensure accurate employee data and timely processing.Provide reception and customer service support to visitors, staff, managers, and job applicants.Carry out general administrative duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and processing post.Organise and prioritise workload effectively, responding to changing priorities and service demands.Assist in covering colleagues duties during periods of annual leave or absence.Provide basic advice on HR policies, procedures, and Agenda for Change terms and conditions.Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, equality, and high standards of customer service at all times.Support health, safety, and wellbeing within the HR Department.
