What You'll Be Doing as Recruitment Associate • Sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking • Building talent pipelines for current and future vacancies • Supporting Recruitment Consultants with live recruitment campaigns • Screening candidates and coordinating interviews • Providing an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients • Researching new markets and supporting business development activity • Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring recruitment compliance • Working closely with the wider team to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions About You as Recruitment Associate We're looking for someone who is: • Passionate about building a long-term career in recruitment • Confident, personable and enjoys speaking to people • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities • Resilient, self-motivated and driven to achieve goals • A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail • Comfortable using technology and eager to learn new systems Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, hospitality or another people-focused environment would be advantageous but isn't essential.
