Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant who thrives on business development, enjoys building long-term relationships and is motivated by significant earning potential. This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious recruiter who wants the autonomy to develop their own market, build a strong client portfolio and be rewarded directly for their success. Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities: • Winning new business through proactive sales and business development activity • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients • Growing and managing your own specialist market • Identifying and engaging high-quality contract professionals • Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to placement • Negotiating commercial terms and contractor rates • Developing long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates • Managing an active pipeline and recruitment process using modern CRM and recruitment systems • Working towards ambitious revenue and growth targets Recruitment Consultant Requirements: We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of generating new business and driving revenue growth.
