Recruitment Consultant - Marketing & Creative Location: Swindon (covering Bristol & the South West). Hybrid working available. Salary: Up to £36,000 basic + uncapped bonus Are you an experienced recruiter looking for the opportunity to build something of your own, whilst benefiting from the support of an established and successful team? We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join Reed's Marketing & Creative division, partnering with clients across Bristol and the wider South West. You'll join an established desk working alongside a high-performing specialist consultant, giving you access to an existing network, market expertise and regional opportunities from day one. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys business development and relationship building but doesn't want to start from scratch. You'll have the autonomy to develop your own specialist market, backed by the infrastructure, brand and resources of one of the UK's most recognised recruitment businesses.
