We are now looking for an ambitious and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Key ResponsIbilities: • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities • Delivering tailored recruitment solutions based on client needs • Sourcing, attracting and engaging high-calibre candidates using a range of search strategies • Managing the full recruitment process from briefing through to offer and onboarding • Providing a high level of service to both clients and candidates • Working alongside a successful and experienced team Key Requirements: • Minimum of 4 years’ UK experience in agency recruitment, ideally within professional services • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office • Proactive, motivated and commercially driven • Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills If you are an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to take the next step in your career, we would welcome your application.
